- Introducing Yoga Unplugged! Join Alie Ducharme Saturday morning for a free all levels Vinyasa flow. This practice is truly for everyone. All ages welcome. Start your morning on the island with yoga and sunshine! Please bring your own mat. Hope to see everyone there.
